Fe3GeTe2는 이징모형의 강자성 물질로 퀴리온도는 약 200~220K정도입니다.
자기적 성질은 나노스케일에서 두께에 따라 변하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
비교적 쉽게 산화되기 때문에 질소충진된 갈색 바이알에 넣어 배송됩니다.
개봉 후 즉시 사용하거나 산소, 수분, 빛이 차단된 환경에서 주의하여 보관해야 합니다.
